We have a 14-day return policy, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items, gift cards, underwear and socks are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
If you would like to initiate a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be made onto the original method of payment and will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive your order and any item is damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make your order right. We will offer you a replacement or refund and organize the return shipping.
You can cancel your order within two hours of placing it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel your order or any item.
Refunds will be done through the original method of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
